Return Policy
We special order your dress in the size and color you choose, and there are absolutely no returns, refunds, cancellations, store credits, or exchanges! It is very important you have your measurements taken because after the order is placed we cannot make any changes. Prom USA is not resposible for delayed shipments due to circumstances beyond our control.
Sizing
Size charts are found when you click on a gown to enlarge. Please read "How do I determine my size" under FAQ.
Availability
After you place your order you will be called or emailed within 24-48 hours of your order (it is best to leave at least two numbers where we can reach you). You are not charged until after we make sure the dress is available and will be received in time of your event ( we will not place the order if it is less than 2 weeks before your event, unless you are willing to pay extra for upgraded shipping). If the designer has the gown in stock it takes 5-10 business days for us to receive it. (If it is a bridal/bridesmaid gown it take 8-14 weeks for us to get it, rush deliveries vary for each designer and are an additional fee). Then the gown is inspected to make sure there are not any damages before you receive it. If there are any damages we will get a replacement gown (as long as it is in stock). If the dress is not in stock we will check on getting a replacement gown. It is important to place the order ASAP (even if your prom/event isn't early) because gowns sell out quick.
What happens if my item is not available? If your gown is not available you will be notified via email or phone within 24-48 hours of your order, and your credit card will not be charged. You will also be informed if there is a size up, size down, or other colors available in the style you selected. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. Your card will not be charged until after we confirm that your product is available.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped UPS. UPS Ground is FREE in the 48 contiguous States. Rush charges will be extra.
